"I had wanted to do a boudoir photo shoot for a while. For me it was about details and finding the right person to photograph me. I knew when I saw Michele's work I had found what I was looking for.
What three words would you use to describe your images?
Life-changing, gorgeous, powerful.
Getting my makeup and hair done really helped me to get ready for the shoot, knowing that Jennifer could do a better job than I could really put me at ease. Once I saw my makeup for the first time I couldn't believe it was me in the mirror, it gave me the confidence I needed.
It was fun getting ready and looking forward to my shoot. Michele guided me through the whole process with suggestions and tips. I was not someone who feared my shoot, however, Michele would have given me the confidence to get through it with ease.
I feel like so many women are afraid of their body, every image makes me feel like I am amazing. I love my pictures so much, I wish I would have done it sooner. I feel like this is something every woman should do to find out something about themselves they didn't know. It was very empowering for me.
Michele has very good energy, she is amazing to work with! We had an instant connection that made it so easy to work with each other and see the creative vision.
Honestly, I cried when I saw the first images, it was so overwhelming to feel so beautiful. I have always been a bigger woman, so feeling beautiful has not always been easy for me. The way my pictures turned out amazed me that I could look like that.
What advice would you share with a woman considering doing her own boudoir session? Just do it, it is an amazing experience that will enrich your life and boost your power.
As women, I think we lose ourselves in the day to day, this experience made me feel my fire again and helped me to feel bigger than I've felt in a very long time. It gave me the confidence and courage to start being creative artistically once again for the first time in a long time.I feel amazing, I hope this fire stays for a long time. I feel like a glow has come back to my soul.
